Service Content and Scope

7KVPN provides international route subscriptions covering 120+ countries and 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available regions, route status, and client download methods are based on the information shown in the user panel at the relevant time.

The service is intended to improve cross-border access paths and connection quality. Target websites, apps, and content platforms are operated independently by third parties. Their regional policies, account eligibility, content licenses, interface rules, and temporary changes are outside 7KVPN's control. A subscription does not guarantee access to any third-party content or feature.

Account and Subscription Use Rules

No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and subscription details and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.

There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time, but each account and subscription is for the account holder and devices they reasonably manage. Without permission, users may not resell subscriptions, publicly share subscription information, continuously share accounts with unrelated people, or provide access to third parties through resale or distribution.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Package details, remaining traffic, and active status are determined by the records in the user panel.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the relevant service-use context, and independently confirm that access to a target service is consistent with its terms of use. Users may not use 7KVPN for illegal activities, infringe the lawful rights of others, or conduct network attacks, malicious scanning, fraud, harassment, malware distribution, or other activity that could harm network or service security.

Users may not interfere with the normal operation of routes, authentication, billing, or the user panel, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, service systems, or related data. Users who engage in such conduct are responsible for any resulting disputes, losses, or legal liability.

Service Availability and Liability Limits

International route performance may be affected by the user's local network, carrier routing, exit region, target service policies, device settings, and network maintenance. 7KVPN will maintain the service within reasonable limits but does not guarantee connection speed, continuous availability, any specific route, or access results for any particular third-party service.

Interruptions or performance changes caused by scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, network congestion, third-party policy changes, force majeure, or user device settings do not constitute a commitment to any particular access result. Users should choose routes according to their actual needs and independently confirm the connection and target service status before important operations.

Suspension and Termination

If an account involves resale, public subscription sharing, illegal use, disruption of service operation, abnormal resource consumption, or another violation of these terms, 7KVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend the account, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. To verify unusual circumstances, the service may ask users to complete necessary account confirmation through the user panel.

Account suspension or termination does not release users from responsibility for violations that occurred before the restriction. If a restriction resulted from an error, users may submit a ticket through the user panel to explain the circumstances; the related records will be used for review.

Refunds and Changes to These Terms

A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 60 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so that the order and payment records can be verified. Refunds are processed according to the actual order and the capabilities of the original payment channel; settlement through Alipay / WeChat / USDT may be affected by the rules of the relevant channel.

7KVPN may revise these terms due to changes in service content, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page, with the last-updated month shown on the page serving as the reference. Changes that materially affect user rights or usage responsibilities will be announced through available on-site methods. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised content.
